Understand your choices
Help with access, saving and accounts
Get back to an alignment, check that your answers are saved or understand your account options. Keep private return links separate from partner invitations. Never include private answers or access credentials in a support request.

Chose the wrong age option?
Choosing under 18 blocks private access in this browser for up to 30 days. Reloading the page does not undo it. If you are 18 or older and chose it by mistake, use a separate browser profile to make a new age declaration. This does not automatically restore your previous private access. To return, use only your own return link or an account already linked to your alignment.
Find your alignment again
Choose Continue in the browser where you took part. In another browser, use your own private return link or sign in to a verified account already linked to the alignment. A code alone cannot recover access. If you lose every way back, the app cannot recreate your private access credential. Your drafts and answers expire 30 days after the alignment was created. If you can still open a saved report after that, it shows only the limited shared result; it cannot restore expired answers.
Use the partner invitation
Ask your partner for the invitation and join with your own alias. Their private return link is for their access only. An invitation cannot admit another person once it has expired, been revoked or been used. On a shared device, use the handoff control before the second person joins. Keep the first person’s return link private, and make sure the second person keeps their own link after joining.
Check that your answers are saved
Your answers save automatically as you go. Before leaving, wait for “Saving your changes…” to disappear. If a save fails, keep the page open and retry. If another tab has newer changes, the options on screen let you load those changes or apply your own. Submitting locks your answers.
Optional sign-in
You can answer and view your shared report without an account. Signing in with a verified email can link an alignment you already have access to. Opening the sign-in email on another device does not prove that you own a guest alignment. Use your private return link or approve the connection from the original browser. Google sign-in is available only if it has been enabled for this service.
Revoke access or delete information
The alignment controls let you revoke access for both people or request deletion of your own participation. Deleting your participation closes the shared report and preserves the other person’s own answers and private access. Deleting an account removes it and the participations it owns. Removing a history entry changes only your own list, label and favourite. Keep the private receipt to check whether removal is complete.
Keep the conversation voluntary
You can stop if you feel pressured to take part or share something. A report creates no obligation. The digital boundaries guidance linked below offers practical advice on setting limits.
Contact and service availability
A verified way to contact the operator must be added before public launch.
